As per government regulation, regarding Covid-19, our gallery at OXO Tower is temporarily closed. We are hoping to re-open our doors next month. Meanwhile, our designers are still working behind the scenes and our website is very much alive.

Royal Mail services continue to be reliable, so you can buy any item shown 'in stock' and have it brought to you safely. But please note that there might be delivery delays beyond our control. We will always be in touch.

OUR STEPS TO ENSURE YOUR SAFETY

All our designers are taking the following measures:

- observing social distancing / self isolation as required

- workshops and equipment are kept clean

- hands are sanitised frequently as per NHS quidelines

- all jewellery pieces are cleaned with soap just before packing 

If you feel that you want to take extra precautionary steps, you can clean the jewellery again upon reception, by simply washing it in soap and water. Pat dry with a soft cloth and it is ready to wear. Do not use any harsh chemicals, alcoholic wipes or gel, scrub sponges and brushes, as these will damage the jewellery.
